How do I place a custom order?

Choose the product or service you’re interested in and contact us with your idea, quantity and any artwork, logo, photo or personalization details. We’ll review your request, confirm the details and provide a proof when required before production begins.

Can you help me create a design if I don’t have one?

Yes. You can send us your idea, wording, inspiration or logo, and we can help prepare a design suitable for your product. More complex design work may require an additional design fee, which will be discussed before we begin.

Do you accept single orders as well as bulk orders?

Yes. We create individual personalized gifts as well as larger orders for businesses, schools, teams, weddings, events and organizations. Bulk pricing may be available depending on the product and quantity.

Can I send my own logo, photo or artwork?

Absolutely. You can provide your own artwork, logo or photograph. For the best results, high-resolution files are preferred. We’ll let you know if the file needs adjustment before production.

How long does a custom order take?

Production time depends on the product, quantity and complexity of the order. We’ll provide an estimated turnaround time when your order details are confirmed. If you have a specific event date or deadline, let us know when requesting your quote.

Do you offer pickup and shipping?

Yes. Local pickup can be arranged in Brampton, Ontario, and shipping options are available for orders within Canada. Shipping charges and delivery times depend on the order and destination.

Will I see a proof before my custom order is made?

For custom orders that require design approval, we can provide a digital proof before production. Please review names, dates, spelling, colours and other details carefully before approving the proof.
